Great fryer for the price... not super heavy duty but what do you expect. With it holding 6+quarts of oil it lasts a lot longer than other fryers I've owned. Kinda nice to fry off a whole bag of fries at once and not bring the oil temp down so the fries are soggy. Would buy againChefFro
