The Weber Style Poultry Infusion Roaster helps you to create tasty meals for your friends and family. Simply fill the pan with beer, wine or other flavoring liquid, attach the cone and the cap, then place your bird over it through the cavity. This poultry roaster is compatible with any Weber charcoal, electric or gas grill (sold separately). Once cooking is done you can use the fluid in the base to baste or make gravy for extra rich flavor. It's made from ceramic, which is strong and non-stick for easy cleaning, as well as conducting heat evenly for more consistent results. Once cooking is done this three-piece unit is safe to run through the dishwasher to save you lots of time and effort.

This thing is totally awesome! Now I just need a bigger version for Turkey. Its the best beer can chicken I've ever made. Love the cavity compartment for liquids and the juice tray at the bottom. Now THAT is great and for Is awesome for gravy and to keep the chicken Hastings in the steam if it's own juices.

Chicken cooks well in the Weber Deluxe Poultry Roster and I appreciate the easy clean-up afterwards. You still get a nice smoke over the chicken if you use wood chips or chunks. The drippings collected in the bottom of the roaster can be used to make a sauce to serve with the chicken (lemon, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary or other herbs).John in Virginia
Excellent Chicken Roaster
I purchased one of these 5+ years ago and love it. It makes an awesome roasted chicken, and cleans up easily. Just be careful not to toss the top when your cleaning up (they don't sell it as a replacement part). Anyway, just purchased 2 more for Christmas gifts.DiannaB
