Succulent new dinners
I have the Spirit 'll so far I've done a rump roast and a turkey breast. The indirect cooking on this little Grill is second-to-none. Both turned out awesome. Looking forward to many more great meals to come. I uploaded photo because it's worth a thousand words.Richadam20
Grilling season
At this time we have only cooked one chicken on the rotisserie. We were happy with the ease of use and the chicken turned out well. I am currently looking inot other ways we can use the rotisserie and have found some ideas on Pinterest .Grilling in TX

This is an excellent tool for BBQ fans. Easy to assemble, install and use. It is the quality you would expect from Weber and is simple to use. The manual says it's good for up to 20#, and it looks like it will hold at least that much. Before purchasing this rotisserie, I read several reviews that complained about difficulties in assembling and operating the unit. These people probably shouldn't be allowed around open flames....there are not very many mechanical tools on this planet that are easier to use. I highly recommend this rotisserie if you enjoy your BBQ.
