Very light weight poly/nylon ? vest. Didn't read the tab,, Not artic or even alpine weight, just a another layer over shirt and under a jacket or bulky sweat, or as a last layer over a light sweat or shirt. Not the most well cut, but, just enough insulation. A little too tight in the middle, kind of straight top to bottom. The bottom is very long, covers the small of the back, very important to me, and the price! Just what I needed.Philip
