I ordered the topper in spite of many reviews of quality problems others had with it.
It came in a box as promised. I laid it out flatly on the bed and I left it airing out and stretching out. There are tiny holes in the topper which is likely needed and ok with me.
I put a mattress cover over it later and made the bed up. It is soft.nickname
