Luigi’s invited to the towering Last Resort hotel, but when Mario and friends go missing, our green-clad hero will have to conquer his fears to save them! Slam, blow away, and vacuum up ghosts with the all-new Poltergust G-00, and join forces with Gooigi to overcome the puzzling contraptions and mischievous boss on each themed floor. And that’s just the Last Resort. Enter the ScareScraper to team up with up to seven other players in this local wireless and online co-op mode! See if you can defeat all the ghosts, rescue all the toads, or clear other objectives before time runs out…in the ScareScraper! And for more mini-game madness, compete on teams at the ScreamPark! Whether you play with friends or wander the hotel alone, you’ll be sucked in by the atmospheric music and ghoulish décor of every cobwebby corner you explore. Why not take in the cinematic sights and sounds with a friend? In the main adventure, you and a friend can play together as Luigi and Gooigi in two-player co-op! Gooigi can walk on spikes, slip through tight spaces, and help Luigi overcome obstacles he can’t tackle alone. Never hurts to have a friend in this hotel; it may not be very spooky, but Luigi begs to differ!
Absolutely In Love
Literally can't stop talking about how much I love this game. GameCube was my first console and Luigi's Mansion was one of the first games I got next to Super Mario Sunshine.
Everything is detailed and little things really matter to me.
The money, coins and gold bricks look so amazing and it's one of the first things I noticed about the game.
When a door is locked usually Luigi will jiggle the handle and the circle with the slash through it pops up, but in 3 Luigi actually tries to go through the door and you get a glimpse into the other side.
Other little details I've noticed and appreciate are in Mario and Peach's room the pizza boxes say "Since 1983" the year Nintendo started.
You can interact with pretty much everything and for someone who loves games that you can collect things (money mostly in this case) it's a dream especially when the money is in places that imply a little joke like the money being the leaves on a plant
Going from room to room is seamless. really impressed when you go in and out of the elevator before pushing any buttons because the transition is crazy.
The game guides you very well and makes sure you have a chance to find everything there is to find.
Also appreciate that I don't automatically get dragged to the laboratory when I finish the mission since I like to look around for anything I might have missed (gems, coins)
If you are questioning getting the game I would say get it. very few cons for me at this point and they aren't even worth mentioning.
Side note can't help but truly be in awh that these games are at a point where the cut scenes and game play look exactly alike.KDeville
Luigis mansion 3 .. WORTH IT
Best switch game out ... and co op is amazing and so r other game modes it's a must haveTravis
This game is great! On that note me nor my family are major gamers! Got the game the day it was released. Been playing a few hours a day ever since! Very entertaining, fun storyline and fun to play! Can be a bit tough or confusing at times, but that makes it that much more fun! Best for kids 10 and up!EC
