The Fisher-Price Infant-to-Toddler Rocker starts out as a soothing infant rocker or stationary seat with two bat-at animal friends overhead. Then, as your baby grows, you can remove the toy bar and convert the seat to a toddler rocker (up to 40 lb/18 kg)! With a deep, cozy seat, reclining seat back, calming vibrations, and a colorful (and machine-washable) seat pad, this rocker is the best (baby) seat in the house! Where development comes into play, Gross Motor: The fun animal friends encourage your baby to reach and bat, strengthening those little muscles! Sensory: Soft fabrics, bright colors, and fun clacking sounds engage your baby's tactile, visual, and auditory senses. Security & Happiness: The deep seat, cozy fabrics, and calming vibrations help your baby feel secure and happy. Use from birth until child weighs 40 lb (18 kg).
I was invited to the Fisher-Price Play Lab to review the INFANT-TO-TODDLER ROCKER and was compensated for my time. My 8 week old really enjoyed the rocker. He was comforted by the vibrations and really enjoyed the play bar. I love the idea that this chair can grow with him and be used as a toddler rocking chair.Staceya
A Must Buy
So I have the older model, which is just slighty different in the bottom rocker part. I originally got one of these in 2012, which was an even older model, for my first loved it, had it through my second child, which ended up being 4 years, before I passed it to my sister. I got this jungle themed one over a year ago for my youngest. I love it! and many of my friends who have had children at my house have went, and gotten one as well. The vibration feature, was a lifesaver for when my baby was little. I would buckle him in, recline the seat, put the prop bar down, with vibration, and he would take a surpvised nap. The buckles came in handy for the rolling phase. I still use the, buckle, and vibration feature when my friends come with infants. For the most part at 1 my baby loves to just climb in, and seat himself. My 3 year old niece loves to rock in it when she comes, and my 4 year old daughter sits in it daily. The material is so easy to remove, and wash, even after a year of everday use, abuse, and snacks, there are no stains on it. Aside from the few skuffs on the frame, it looks as good as the day I bought it. Easy assembly I did it by myself in 5 mins. This is the only thing we bought my son as an infant that we still have for him at 1, other than his crib of course. Im sure we can get a few more years out of it before Ill end up passing it on.Kay
Love it. Light weight but I needed a Power Drill
I love that it's light weight and I can carry it with me around the house. It was easy to follow the assembly instructions, however I had to use a power drill to screw in the screws. I haven't installed the battery yet, so I don't know how the vibrating part works. The only thing is my 4 month old baby is scared of the tiger but loves the butterfly, but I'm sure she'll get use to it eventuallyMrsChukwu
