Great burner and customer support.
This unit offers excellent value and has several advantages over other offerings. It is lower than some which brings the heat closer to those around it, the height may permit it to be operated under an overhang, it has an adjustable shelf for drinks and the like, and the hood appears to be larger than some to reflect more heat.
Ours arrived on time and assembly was relatively easy except for removing the blue shrink rap protective plastic from the hood, a pain but necessary to protect the stainless steel sheen.
This burns much hotter than our older model which has served us well for over a decade but is probably somewhat clogged with spider mites (or whatever). The older one appears to have been made by the same company in China and has held up very well, longer than those of three friends whose burners failed in less than 3 years.
We had an issue with the gas feeder line that leaked between the regulator and tank fastener upon assembly. I contacted customer service and then to Garden Sun who sent a replacement hose in about a week. I didn't receive the installation directions right away but the install was rather obvious once I realized you need two wrenches working against each other to remove the old or you'll bend the tubing otherwise. I also located the trap door that is provided on the side of the burner to access the interior parts without necessarily having to remove the burner entirely.
I recommend this unit and commend WalMart for its pricing and delivery.Jon
